iqbusiness is offering a Data Graduate Programme designed to equip passionate, analytical, and driven individuals with the necessary skills to launch their consulting careers. Through structured training and practical experience, graduates will develop their expertise in data engineering, enablement, analytics, quantitative advisory services, and business applications. Participants will support real-world business transformations by leveraging data insights to drive smarter decisions and improve customer experiences. Areas of focus include building data solutions, predictive modelling, risk analysis, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.

Responsibilities

• Engage in client and internal projects to gain technical and industry exposure
• Support strategic data initiatives by building and implementing effective solutions
• Participate in bootcamps, workshops, and internal initiatives
• Collaborate across teams, show adaptability, and continuously upskill
• Demonstrate commitment to iqbusiness values through teamwork, curiosity, and resilience

Qualifications

• ompleted degree in BCom, BSc, or Technology/Systems-related field
• PDM, PDBA, PGDIP, or Master’s degree in related fields is advantageous
• Leadership experience in student organizations or similar roles
• Experience working on academic or extracurricular team projects
• Previous internship or work experience in Consulting, Data, or related fields (advantageous)
• Willingness to travel locally or outside South Africa
